1.Excellent Command over English – Written and Verbal

2.D3 Graduate from any discipline with 2-3 years or more of experience in contact center in Report Analyst and WFM management

3.Ready to work Monday to Saturday (Half Day on Sat)

4.Should be well organized and detailed

5.Strong Numerical and Analysis skills

6.Proficient in MS office especially MS Access, Excel, Word, PPT (Should be able to work on Complex Logic, Pivot) and preferably worked on some info-graphic software. Added advantage if have exposure to Mini-Tab

7.Excellent knowledge on the fundamental of Workforce Management
